Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident practising with HerCloser. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If HerCloser isn’t right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked, as long as you’ve used less than half of your plan’s monthly AI call minutes (see section 2).

We give you a full month because confidence is built over reps, not in one call. You should have real time to practise before deciding.

2. The minute condition, and why it exists

Every AI practice call costs us real money in live voice and transcription, the moment it happens, and that cost isn’t refundable to us. So the full-refund guarantee applies while you’ve used under 50% of your plan’s monthly minutes:

• Starter — under 30 of your 60 minutes
• Professional — under 75 of your 150 minutes
• Elite — under 200 of your 400 minutes

Already past that and still unhappy? Email us anyway. We’ll cancel your plan and put account credit on your remaining time, and if something genuinely went wrong on our side we’ll make it right regardless of usage.

3. Your free minutes are always free

Your first practice minutes are free and never charged. There’s nothing to refund for them, and no card is required to try HerCloser.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@hercloser.com from the address on your account and let us know you’d like a refund. That’s it, no forms, no hoops.

5. When you’ll get it

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.

6. Annual plans

If you’re on an annual plan and request a refund after the 30-day window, we’ll issue a prorated refund for the unused, full months remaining in your term. The current and already-used months are not refunded.

7. After 30 days (monthly plans)

After the 30-day guarantee window, monthly payments are non-refundable. You can, however, cancel anytime, cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. One guarantee per customer

The money-back guarantee is available once per customer. It’s there so you can try HerCloser without risk, not as a way to use each month for free.

9. Top-up minutes

Top-up minute packs are consumable and non-refundable once any of the purchased minutes have been used. Unused packs can be refunded within 30 days.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, that law applies.
